Wholesale Returns Policy

Returns –

We do not offer sale or return.

Proof of purchase is required for your item(s) to be eligible to be returned, we require your item where possible to be returned in its original packaging and unused. To return a product please fill in this returns form 2018.pdf

What Happens when the product is returned –

We offer, Replacement and Credit notes on faulty returns.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your Returns to be processed once it has been received.

Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via e-mail to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.

Shipping -

To return your product, you should send your product to: Flawless Vape Distribution, Unit 15, 40 Highcliffe road, Hamilton, Leicester GB LE5 1TY You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
